Research Lab with all kinds of equipments

Scientific research instruments for postgraduate learning like rotarod apparatus, electro convulsiometer, pole climbing apparatus, Eddy’s hot plate for in vivo screening methods for a muscle relaxant, anticonvulsant, anxiolytic and analgesic properties of drugs or experimental compounds are available in the Department. Kymographs and electrophysiographs are available for bioassays on animal tissue. Various models for the demonstration and experimentation of the psychopharmacological activity of compounds is available in the research lab as well as in the animal house facility.
