UHTC, Attingal

The Urban Health Training Centre is a primary health centre of Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research foundation, situated at Attingal, established with the objectives of providing comprehensive health care to the urban slum community, training of Medical students, Postgraduates and House surgeons and to implement National Health Programmes. It has outpatient as well as inpatient facilities with 24X7 emergency service, ICU, pharmacy, Consultant services from SGMC & RF, lab facilities and ambulance and referral services. It functions as a primary health centre for the public at an affordable cost. We are also engaged in conducting outreach health programs in tribal areas, Anganwadis, schools and residential associations. We also conduct house visits and provide palliative care for bedridden patients. We have outreach OP services 2 days a week, done free of cost for early detection of lifestyle diseases and curative services for common illness for the general population.
