World Cancer Day

On World Cancer Day, the world unites to fight for a cancer-free future. Observed on 4th February, this day highlights awareness of cancer and ways to prevent, diagnose and treat it.

Seventeen people die from cancer every minute on the global scale. This campaign is meant to bring the international community together to end the preventable injustice of suffering caused by cancer. The theme this year is ‘I am and I will’, representing a personal commitment by individuals in the fight against cancer.
