Right from the inception of this institution, biomedical waste management has been a priority to our hospital administration. Proper segregation of organic/biodegradable, non-biodegradable, biological wastes and sharps is done at the source itself satisfying all the criteria. We have a well equipped waste management facility including a high quality incinerator as per the specification of MCI within the campus. The committee for biomedical waste management conducts periodic inspections to ensure proper segregation and disposal of the waste. The institution is certified by the Pollution Control Board.
