The department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research Centre was established in 2008 and it takes pride in providing excellent and quality health care services in the field of Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery which includes early diagnosis and management of both adult and pediatric population. The department has Senior specialists in the field of Cardiovascular surgery, dedicated Cardio-Thoracic Anesthetists, Perfusion Technician, trained nurses in Cardio-Thoracic OT, Anesthesia technicians and the Intensive care nurses who are available to handle all elective and emergency cases. We are ably supported by the Cardiac and Thoracic Physiotherapy, Biomedical wing and the Critical Care physicians, Radiology and Lab services.
