The orientation class for the new batch of house surgeons was conducted on 2nd February 2021. The new House Surgeons were addressed and welcomed by Director Dr. KK Manojan, Dean Dr. P Chandramohan, Principal Dr. Lalitha Kailas followed by various Heads of Departments. 49 new house surgeons were welcomed to the medical fraternity.
This was followed by orientation in Infection Control and Covid protocol followed in the hospital by Dr. Smitha and Dr. Ashish. Lectures on the duties of a house surgeon as well as the ethical conduct and documentation was conducted by Dr. Dayananda Babu and Dr. Geetha.
