World AIDS Day is observed on Dec 1 every year to raise awareness, commemorate those who have died, and celebrate victories of increased access to treatment.
The theme of World AIDS Day 2021 is “End inequalities. End AIDS” with a special focus on the urgent need to end the inequalities that drive AIDS and other pandemics around the world.
