The Department of Infection Control conducted a panel discussion on 10.03.2020 aimed at giving an update on the SARS CoV-2 outbreak and a briefing on the hospital preparedness to handle the situation. SGMC & RF has volunteered to accommodate cases in case of overflow in the government sector and is in the process of preparing for the same. The session was chaired by Dr. Benny, Dr. Smitha, and Dr.Ashish and an interactive session was conducted covering various aspects of current measures and future directives to handle SARS CoV-2.
